District of Columbia, Medical Assistance Administration DMA provided assistance to the District in (1) the submission of a Medicaid 1915(b) waiver and development of a request for proposals for managed health care plans for SSI eligible children with special needs; and (2) renewal of the current Medicaid 1915(b) waiver and development of an RFP for TANF and TANF-related eligibles. Outcomes: The waiver and RFP draft have been submitted and were used as a part of the District's HMO procurement in 2000. |
