DMA
was retained to work with twelve state psychiatric centers located in the
regions designated for Adult Special Needs Plans (SNPs), to assess their
readiness for participation in the SNP managed care network. DMA met
with senior management and reviewed documentation from the participating
psychiatric centers. We prepared an individual report for each center
documenting its readiness for managed care. We also prepared
recommendations for improved revenue and utilization reports from the central
office.
