  • Design, implementation, and financing of flexible funding initiatives including the development of agency strategy, assessment of capacity systems design, and outcome monitoring.

  • Research and policy analysis to inform decision making, concentrating on health care access, analysis of claims and other utilization data, benchmarking of mental health indicators, employee and customer surveys, evaluation research, and data integration.

  • Procurement consultation addressing managed care procurement, contract policies, network management, rate setting, performance measurement and accounting for a full range of social, clinical, educational and rehabilitative services.

  • Management consultation including financial analysis, implementation of turn-around strategies, assessment of managed care readiness, board development, evaluation of potential mergers/acquisitions/joint ventures; and strategic positioning for future business development.
